Selamat berpuasa kepada rakan-rakan seIslam sekalian. Sesiapa bukan Islam, bolehlah cuba-cuba berpuasa untuk mendapat feel. Ala tak perlu puasa bersungguh-sungguh macam kitaorang, puasa dari melakukan sesuatu habit pun boleh dikira berpuasa. Heee. XD
Protip kepada sesiapa yang berpuasa:
Keep it light. Eat normal like you always do only this time increase your protein intake to last you through the day. Hunger, is easier to control than thirst. So use the extra space in your stomach for fluid! Seriously it'd be quite a challenge for me, because for me eat>drink. Ah well, maybe it's time for a change. It's what Ramadhan all about right? Change for the better. XD
I'm so hyper now. I don't even know why. Maybe because I'm happy? *shrugs*
