The first one is a real boy band (they are called Max 24:7 by the way) with a bunch of cute guys trying to imitate K-Pop boy band. The second one, is a parody video done by a bunch of gross looking guys lip synching to Japanese version of Gee from SNSD (a kpop girl group).
